Pet Policy

We know your home isn't complete without your four-legged residents. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per household with no weight restrictions; breed restrictions apply. Please contact our leasing office for further details or to begin the process of adding your pets to the Valentina community.

Refundable Pet Deposit: $500
Monthly Rent per Pet: $50
